One of the benefits of Disklabs manufacturing in the UK is that we have the capability to develop rapid prototypes and special enclosures to meet urgent or special requirements.

The most economical solution will almost certainly be to use a standard product. Our in-house team or network of distributors are on hand to help you choose the right shielding solution from the standard product range.

It should be noted that special or bespoke projects will usually require moderate to large volumes ordered to be cost-effective.

Typical bespoke or special projects are:

  • Minor dimensional adjustments or design changes
  • Label changes to accommodate different languages or branding
  • Special packaging for retail display
  • Different colour options
  • Increased layers of shielding material.
  • Large area shielding enclosures for vehicles and rooms.
