Disklabs stands behind the quality of all our faraday bags.

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund, please ensure the items are in the same original condition as issued.

If you have a problem after 30 days, please send an email to faraday@disklabs.com and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

All Disklabs faraday product come with a 1-year warranty, our warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects, there is no restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification to our products.

Where you have purchased one of our faraday bags from a distributor, we will work with both you and our partner to resolve the matter, this may mean a replacement product or refund of the original faraday product value (excluding shipping).

Please fill in your information below to activate your one year warranty for your Faraday Bag. If you have more than one product, you will need to include each additional product number and serial number.

Bulk Warranty Registration

To register your faraday bags in bulk (50+), please send a spreadsheet to faraday@disklabs.com. Please include the same information as required in the warranty registration.
